1. Return Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. However, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged due to user error.
- A proof of purchase, such as an order receipt, is required for returns.
2. Eligible Products for Return
We accept returns for all products purchased from Rlivon.xyz, including:
- Beds (Pet beds): If the bed does not fit the size requirements or is not as described.
- Bowls (Pet bowls): If the bowl is defective or unsuitable for your needs.
- Dental (Pet dental care products): If the product is damaged or does not meet expectations.
3. Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at support@rlivon.xyz or call our customer service hotline at 0123-456-789 within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Provide details about the product, the reason for the return, and its condition.
- We will send you instructions on how to return the product. Please note, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your request within 7-10 business days. If the return is approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Refund Terms
If you request a refund instead of an exchange, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days depending on your payment method.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been used or damaged due to customer negligence.
- Products that are non-returnable by law (e.g., hygiene products, cosmetics).
- Products returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
