We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. However, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must not be damaged due to user error.
  • A proof of purchase, such as an order receipt, is required for returns.

2. Eligible Products for Return

We accept returns for all products purchased from Rlivon.xyz, including:

  • Beds (Pet beds): If the bed does not fit the size requirements or is not as described.
  • Bowls (Pet bowls): If the bowl is defective or unsuitable for your needs.
  • Dental (Pet dental care products): If the product is damaged or does not meet expectations.

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at support@rlivon.xyz or call our customer service hotline at 0123-456-789 within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide details about the product, the reason for the return, and its condition.
  3. We will send you instructions on how to return the product. Please note, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged.
  4. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your request within 7-10 business days. If the return is approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Refund Terms

If you request a refund instead of an exchange, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days depending on your payment method.

5. Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or damaged due to customer negligence.
  • Products that are non-returnable by law (e.g., hygiene products, cosmetics).
